Plus that bare minimum of durability may also be more durability than leading competitors on the same product.You'll say that these all have different qualities, and they certainly do. The "bare minimum" requirement is different. I suspect the military requires more reliability out of their vehicles than a golf course out of their carts - military grade exceeds golf course grade, while still being "bare minimum, cheapest".
