Raw carrots make ok snacks. But cooked carrots in pot roast are top notch. Bottom line is raw can be hard, while cooked need to be soft. I hate cooked carrots that are still hard. That means they simply aren’t done cooking.barf. takes sooo looonngg to chew one bite. they're all dry and hard to swallow. and if all that isn't unpleasant enough, you're stuck with a mouthful of piece of shit remnants for 2 hours.
